ECHOcafe debuts in Serendra

Manila, Philippines -  The ECHOcafe opened its doors and hallway (between ECHOmarket and ECHOstore) to diners wanting to try the food made with local ingredients that both ECHOmarket and ECHOstore sell. The pastas are made with local greens, local cheese and other garnishes. Salads are made with freshly-harvested arugula, lettuce and other greens from ECHOfarms and Manuel Pedro farms. Breakfast starts at 9 am all the way until 3 pm so you can have brunch with organic eggs, brown rice and a choice of chicken longganisa, tocino, tapa and Spanish or Four cheese fritattas.
