MANILA, Philippines – Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria will be launching the Junior Chefs Workshop. Executive Chef Angelo Faoro has prepared fun and challenging recipes to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning and spark culinary curiosity from Dec. 18 to 19.
The two-day program consists of a classroom and cooking session. Junior chefs will apply their classroom lessons to different recipes from baking their own Christmas pudding to dishes like pasta. They will also get the chance to experience working with other chefs to come up with their own recipe and dish.
For a fee of P2,500, the kids will receive a uniform that includes chef’s jacket, side towel, apron and toque and a chef’s kit that contains a name tag, hand out, pairing knife and cutting board. Each junior chef will receive a certificate of completion signed by the executive chef himself.
