An oh! some event for an oh!some new dish!

MANILA, Philippines - With its undeniably extraordinary taste, Chowking has recently unveiled their new dish with a twist! From your favorite juicy and crispy chicken finally comes the new Chowking Orange Chicken!

Led by their new endorser Jericho Rosales, Chowking Fort Bonifacio became the venue for the launch of the newest addition to their menu. The brand’s friends from the media and key influencers in the internet community were greeted with exciting orange surprises starting with the OH!some chicken dance that had everyone on their feet grooving to the new and fun dance craze!

Among the guests were members of Cosplay, a very popular online community who came to experience new Chowking Orange Chicken. True to their art wherein they don costumes of specific characters drawn from popular fiction spanning manga, anime, graphic novels, and the like, the Cosplay community also joined in on the fun as they came in interesting and elaborate costumes.

Given the event’s rousing success, now everyone just can’t get enough of it! As guests got hooked on the latest Chicken dance, they were also treated to an extraordinary dining experience. Jericho says that “with the Orange Chicken’s flavorful mix, it truly is one satisfying meal!” Even Cosplay personality Alodia Gosiengfiao agrees to its great taste as well as Heart-2-Heart blogger Rica de Jesus who shares that “It reminds me of one of my favorite dishes…and in Chowking I can have it for P69.00!”

Hosted by Chef Rosebud Benitez, the event was led by Chowking’s President Erwin Elechicon, Marketing Director Edward Arandia and Brand Group Manager Chris Monteron. They were also joined by the different characters in Cosplay alongside top bloggers with Cecile Van Straten for Chuvaness, Rica de Jesus for Heart-2-Heart online, and Rowena Wendylei.

An oh so juicy! Oh so sweet & spicy and Oh!range-y addition to spice up a hardworking man’s tatste buds, the new OH!some OH!range chicken is generously topped with flavorful amber-colored sauce and mandarin bits. It is available in Rice Chow meal for P69, in Lauriat for P99 and Salo set to share only for P125.
