SMDC: One of southeast Asia's best developers
Congratulations to the SM Development Corporation (SMDC) for taking home four awards at the prestigious Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards, including Developer of The Year Southeast Asia 2022, the event’s top honor.
The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards celebrated a diverse collection of real estate developers, projects and agents with more than 45 winners from across the region honored. This was the first time since 2019 that the awards night was held in person with winners hailing from seven different countries. Nearly 300 property leaders were in attendance for the biggest night in Southeast Asia real estate, which took place at Four Seasons Bangkok.
In addition to winning Developer of The Year Southeast Asia 2022, SMDC collected the Special Recognition Award for Corporate Social Responsibility while its Sail Residences and Gold City projects were also recognized. Taking home four accolades this year is both a source of pride and a platform to build on for the homebuilder.
RLC Residences and Grand Land also represented the Philippines at the presentation ceremony. RLC won Best Sustainable Development for its Sierra Valley Gardens project and Grand Land saw The Piazza at The Grand Citygate Davao presented with the Leading Thai developers Supalai and MQDC.
These awards from our leading Filipino developers are proof that we can compete with the region’s best.
A golden launch
Kenny Rogers Roasters added a touch of gold in the streets of Metro Manila as the chicken restaurant chain launched its luxurious Truffle Collection and partnered with Grab with their cars or riders dressed in gold.
The Truffle Collection, now available in all Kenny Rogers Roasters nationwide, is available in a variety of options including the signature juicy Truffle Roasted Chicken, which is marinated in truffle extracts & drizzled with truffle oil and served with buttermilk sauce. It’s wrapped in gold foil to seal in the distinct truffle aroma.
Customers can have it solo where each Truffle Roast Solo B plate comes with a quarter roast chicken, a choice of two side dishes, rice, and muffin; or share it with family or friends with the Truffle Roast Group Meal which includes a whole roast, four side dishes, four cups of rice, four muffins, and 1.5 liter soda.
The Truffle Collection also offers the Truffle Mac & Cheese, truffle pasta topped with creamy truffle sauce and parsley. It’s available in solo serving and platter.
For meat lovers, there’s the juicy and tender Truffle Steak — a grilled striploin steak paired with creamy truffle sauce with a choice of two side dishes, rice and muffin.
