There’s always a reason for women to feel confident, inspired and empowered every day. Dove is always there at the forefront of celebrating real beauty as it continuously endeavors to make women stand proud.
For the first time ever, Dove Lotion embarked on an online hugging movement through its brand ambassadors Cheska Garcia-Kramer, Gang Badoy, Kelly Misa and Mikaela Lagdameo-Martinez. The four Dove beauties acted as beacons of light, posting pictures of them hugging their loved ones and sharing via Twitter and Instagram through #DoveInstahug.
Dove Lotion brand manager Julia Ng says, “Our brand has been consistent in delivering its promise of soft, beautiful skin by providing women with a range of personal care products: cream bars, body washes, shampoos, conditioners and deodorants. With the unique benefit of superior moisturization, our products make women feel beautiful.”
In celebration of breast cancer awareness month, Dove Lotion partnered with the ICanServe Foundation. This collaboration aimed to share the healing wonders of hugging.
Through hugs, people can find healing, share support, and most importantly, show that they care.
40 years of fashion excellence
To celebrate 40 years of retail excellence, Collezione C2 unveiled its 82-piece collection at the Rockwell Tent. Actor Jericho Rosales also made his debut as the brand’s newest endorser when he walked the runway that night.
The evening celebrated true Filipino fashion with designers Noel Crisostomo as the creative director for menswear and Stef Sarmiento-Valdez as the creative director for women’s wear.
A sense of Filipino pride is seen in the brand’s first made-to-order line. Prints distinct in Filipino culture like the gumamela, festivities like the Ati-Atihan and Masskara, and animals like the maya and carabao are imprinted on each piece of clothing.
With a nationalistic and artistic collection, the brand proves to create designs that instill pride among Filipinos.
