The joy of urban living

Living in the southern sector of Metro Manila has become even more stylish and comfortable as one of the country’s leading real estate developers added two new designs to its collection of high-end homes. Brittany Corp., a subsidiary of Vista Land, recently showcased two of its newest masterpieces, Alessandro and Renoir, in the elegant Italian-inspired village of Portofino in Evia, Vista Land’s masterplanned city along Daang Hari in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

The guests were all warmly welcomed by Brittany’s ever-dedicated COO Camille Villar with her brother Rep. Mark Villar. It was a delightful affair as the guests toured the houses exquisitely designed by sisters Ivy and Cynthia Almario for families who want to experience chic urban living with impeccably built homes that resemble a lovely village in Italy. Portofino is strategically located near Alabang’s business center, malls, hospitals and schools, and boasts a wide array of world-class amenities such as a Roman-inspired lap pool, a scenic jogging trail, a grand ballroom, breathtaking gardens and fitness facilities.

Everybody had a wonderful time during the event, which was highlighted by an exciting raffle of an overnight stay at Brittany-Crosswinds in Tagaytay City. What a great afternoon to remember.

Congratulations to Camille and to Brittany!

A refreshing break from city life

Taking a break from the hassles of urban living, world-class baritenor Jack Salud and his wife Kazue set out to Boracay island for some rest and recreation. Together with Titania Wine’s hardworking Tita Trillo, the modern couple had a holiday at the tropical home-away-from-home Regency Lagoon Resort, swimming in its 1,200-sq.-m. lagoon-inspired pool and feasting on their favorite grilled entrées at the Lagoon Cafe.

Managed by Henann Resorts dynamic chairman Henry Chusuey, Regency Lagoon provides only first-class accommodations in an Asian-inspired room with a spacious balcony.
