The number “8” is auspicious for the Chinese and Nuvo is indeed lucky at eight! The popular restaurant and bar celebrated its eighth anniversary in style, inviting its regular guests for a packed party! From the ground floor of the establishment to its al fresco area, Nuvo was full. The mezzanine area was even more jampacked.
Nuvo has always been a popular bar. The restaurant has remained a favorite dining place by many because of its consistency in the taste and quality of food. In fact, it has added more dishes to its already extensive menu.
At its anniversary celebration, the restaurant’s main man Louie Ysmael and PR Mlu Yambao welcomed guests and made sure that everyone’s drink was always full. Ever reliable manager Adie Fernando guaranteed that canapes were constantly served while guests enjoyed sipping their drinks courtesy of the night’s sponsors, which included Stolichnaya from Ralph’s Wines, Hennessy and Moet & Chandon from Moet-Hennessy, Budweiser, 42 Below and drinks from Future Trade.
It was one of those nights that lasted till the wee hours and just as expected, these Nuvo anniversaries just keep getting better every year. We can’t wait till the ninth anniversary next year. See you there!
