WATCH: French 'Spiderman' climbs Paris tower to "save Notre Dame"

COURBEVOIE, FRANCE — French "spiderman" Alain Robert, 56, climbs to the top of the 185-metre, 37-storey Engie Tower in the Paris business district of La Defense, "to save Notre-Dame-de-Paris".

The veteran freeclimbing specialist's endeavour is to help raise awareness of the funds needed to restore Paris's Notre Dame cathedral.
