MANILA, Philippines — President Benigno Aquino III on Monday saw in Camarines Sur Rep. Maria Leonor "Leni" Robredo an image similar to his late mother, President Corazon Aquino.
Aquino was speaking at the Liberal Party's gathering that declared Robredo as the party's vice-presidential candidate, to run in 2016 alongside standard-bearer Manuel "Mar" Roxas II.
