In celebration of the International Human Rights Day, militant groups held protests around Metro Manila and burned an effigy of President Aquino at the Don Chino Roces Bridge (formerly Mendiola) in Manila, a few meters away from Malacañang, on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013.
