What is right? And what is wrong?

Section 6 of the Draft Bangsamoro Basic Law states in, “Promotion of Right. The Bangsamoro shall adhere to the principle of enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong.”

What is “right” and what is “wrong”? Who, when, where and how will these be defined?

Let us hope and pray (as hard as we can) that Congress will be able to ascertain these through the “consultations” it will conduct on the draft BBL.

Will the legislative phase of the comprehensive peace process be transparent and participative as President Benigno Aquino III has committed to restore?
