Being friendly and kind to people we touch base with, is the most effective way to have friends. Extract as much fun out of everything in life. Roll with its punches, no matter how hard and strong. Just choose to be happy and outgoing.

Help people who are having it rough and tough in ways and means you can — this is the key to real happiness!!!

The best and most effective way to get our minds off our own troubles and challenging situations in our lives — is by helping others with theirs.

To paraphrase an old Chinese proverb that has most aptly put it, when we dig someone out of the challenging-and-difficult hole he is in, the hole from which we lift him is the very same place where we bury our own.
