Immediate action

MANILA, Philippines – On behalf of the residents of Barangay Pineda in Pasig City, I wish to extend my sincerest appreciation to Manila Water for the resolution of our complaint.

The letter concerns the minor odor problem which emanated from the sewage treatment facility being constructed by JFE Construction for Manila Water.

I wish to inform you that the complaint of some of the residents thereat has been resolved by Manila Water immediately, much to our satisfaction. In fact, I have visited and personally thanked Mr. Geodino Carpio, group director for Project Delivery of Manila Water to extend my appreciation for their immediate action to the complaint.
