AIM program teaches how to survive in a complex world

MANILA, Philippines -It is not a surprise that the world is constantly evolving -- fast!  A trend now may become just a fad tomorrow, or even an afterthought the next month. This kind of evolution has a great impact in the way businesses are conducted, and no less than top executives and managers should learn how to ably survive in these challenging times -- or risk failure if they can’t move along.

That observation, shared by Professor Ricardo A. Lim, dean of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), is what prompted Asia’s leading business school to come up with “Agility in a Complex World” for its Top Management Program (TMP) that will be held from September 5 to 10, 2013 in Bali, Indonesia.

“Teaching content or a certain technique is secondary in these ever-changing times.
