Dean hailed as Outstanding Int’l Research Leader

MANILA, Philippines - Dr. Anacleta Valdez, dean of Lyceum of the Philippines University - Batangas’ College of Allied Medical Professions, has been named Outstanding International Research Leader by the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (IAMURE).

The recognition was given to the more notable paper presenters in the International Conference on Higher Education Research (ICHER) which was recently held at JW Marriott Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia. Valdez, together with other exceptional researchers from all over the globe, was acclaimed for her publication track record, academic background, research awards, local and foreign research presentations, trainings, leadership and contribution to the home country and world community.

Previous to this, Valdez received an Award of Recognition for her achievements in the fields of clinical pathology and medical technology during the Doctors’ Recognition Night of the Daniel Mercado Medical Center held in EDSA Shangri-la Plaza, Makati. She was also recently elected as a member of the 2013-2014 board of trustees of the Philippine Council for Quality Assurance in Clinical Laboratories.

Other research awards that were received by Valdez were the International Research Advocacy Award in 2009, and Outstanding Filipino Researcher in 2010.
