Lim lauds PLM nursing board topnotchers

MANILA, Philippines - Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim on Monday lauded the graduates of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) who topped the recent Nursing Licensure Board Examination. The board passers who made it to the top ten were presented to Lim by Secretary to the Mayor and acting PLM president Atty. Rafaelito  Garayblas Jr. Lim identified the topnotchers as John Derick Guillen, Ralph delos Santos, Jethro Rivera, Jacklyn Yao, Elizer Montemayor, Paola Gracielle Perucjo, Rase Nicole Guerero, Monique Gabrielle Aala and Christine Orozco. Lim commended his long-time friend and trusted official Atty. Garayblas whom the mayor describes as shy, unassuming, a man of integrity and character for a job well done.
