How to write and publish a book

- The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Independently published books are now the rule rather than the exception. With all the new research tools, it has become very easy to write a book. With the advent of Print-on-Demand and Publish-on-Demand, it has also become very easy to have your book published. Learn from Dr. Isagani R. Cruz, the Palanca Hall of Famer and the 2010 Outstanding Filipino for literature. As a writer, he has written or edited more than 60 books. As a publisher, he has published more than 300 books.

Also on board are specialists from Central Books, the country’s leader in self-publishing and print on demand services, to help with the simple process of getting yourself published and having your book out on shelves in a matter of days.

The seminar will be on Sept. 16, at the SMX Convention Center.

There will be a P300 registration fee which includes attendance to both sessions (4 to 5 and 5 to 6 p.m.), a certificate of attendance as well as refreshments. Limited slots available. For more information, call Jemimah 3723550 loc. 34 or 0917-5049977.
