Culinary success awaits at CCA

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Start your child’s career on the right path by leading them to an education at the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA), Manila, the Philippines’ first and foremost institution for culinary education. The success of individuals in the food and restaurant industry here and abroad are further proof that it is now possible to pursue a lucrative career in the culinary field.

CCA, Manila is the first school in the Philippines to be accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), the US’ biggest organization of professional chefs.

CCA, Manila is also the first school to offer a diploma in culinary arts, a two-year program that has become well-known for producing some of the best graduates that are now in the forefront of the food and restaurant industry, such as celebrity chefs Tristan Encarnacion and Rosebud Benitez, known restaurateurs who own some of the finest dining establishments, and culinary professionals who are at the helm of some of the known brands in local and international food corporations.

This year, students can now enroll at the newly-launched four-year BS in Culinary Management (BSCM), considered one of the country’s first CHED-accredited courses related to culinary education. It is a program designed to provide students with a strong foundation of becoming a disciplined culinary professional, preparing them to become highly skilled managers of a commercial kitchen in hotels and restaurants.

Upon graduation from the two-year diploma program in Culinary Arts & Technology Management, graduates can already opt to enter the world of the food service industry or continue to earn a Bachelor’s Degree from CCA, Manila or its partner institutions in Asia, Europe or the United States through our International Degree Succession program.

Enrollment for this diploma course opens four times a year: June, August, October, and January. CCA, Manila’s newest offering is the 9-month Baking & Pastry Arts Diploma course at the CCA Podium Satellite School.

CCA, Manila is at 287 Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City with a satellite campus at the 4/F The Podium, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City. For inquiries, call 9922520/30/40 or 4264840/41; email [email protected] or visit their website (www.cca-manila.com) or www.facebook.com/ccamanila.
