University of Bradford launches MBA in Manila

MANILA, Philippines - There’s an exciting new MBA program being offered at the heart of the Makati Business District. The UK-based University of Bradford School of Management is flying their leading faculty into Manila to personally conduct classes.

“We are very excited to offer our MBA program in the Philippines,” says Dr. Jonathan Muir, director of studies for the program. “The Philippines is a strong emerging economy. We know our program can bring keen strategic insights to managers and business leaders in the Philippines. We have over 1,000 students enrolled in our MBA program at campuses in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, the Netherlands, Italy and the UK, all of whom bring greater value to their organizations and have grown individually as business leaders.”

Recognized by the Financial Times as a European Top 25 Business School, Bradford’s MBA is ranked among the top 100 in the world (Financial Times, 2011). In addition, it is the only MBA in Manila with independent accreditations from the Associations of MBAs (AMBA) and the European Quality Improvement System (Equis). In order to maintain such accolades, Bradford delivers a high quality and managerially relevant educational experience.

“The part-time, flexible design is very friendly for working professionals,” says Tony Esteban, executive director of AIS, Inc. “We chose to partner with University of Bradford because we believe they offer a real value proposition for the Philippine market. By bringing together students and academics from around the world, including leading Filipino business educators, the Bradford MBA is global in perspective as well as being locally relevant.”

The Bradford MBA will have four intakes a year and can be studied part time over two to six years, depending on an individual’s personal preference.
