Mentoring course on leasing real properties slated

MANILA, Philippines - Leasing real properties is one of the best alternatives when it comes to investing in real estate.

However, successful investments will be realized only if the investor/lessor acquired the needed knowledge of all the rudiments of going into property leasing before, and not after, deciding on buying a property. Buying real properties for lease must only be decided after completion of a thorough investment analysis.

To properly guide prospective and current real estate lessors and investors, Urban Institute designed the Mentoring Course on Leasing Real Properties, which will be conducted for the second time on Sept. 24, Oct. 1, 8, 22, and 29, 1:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., at the Don Jose Yulo Caseroom, Ground Floor, Conference Center, Asian Institute of Management, Benavides St., Legaspi Village, Makati City. Other subjects are Legal aspects of Sales and Leases, Taxation aspect of Sales and Leases and Property Management: How to Maximize Income of Rental Properties.

This course will have as main lecturer Engr. Enrico Cruz, who has more than 40 years in real estate, engineering, construction, management and education.
