MFI-TI recognized as outstanding PICS chapter

MANILA, Philippines - MFI Technological Institute (MFI-TI) received a citation as the “Most Outstanding Chapter” of the Philippine Instrumentation and Control Society (PICS) during the Industrial Automation Technology Expo (IATEX 2011) held recently at the Philippine Trade Training Center in Pasay City. The citation was awarded to MFI-TI for having demonstrated “excellence in promoting the objectives of the society (PICS) to students, the academe and the industry.” Alumni from MFI-TI’s three-year Instrumentation Technology course under the Industrial Technician Program (ITP) have also been topnotchers of the certification exams for instrumentation and control engineers and instrumentation and control technicians. With intensive hands-on training, values formation activities, and placement for on-the-job training, the school can boast that 80 percent of MFI-TI students of ITP are employed before they graduate. Aside from the scholarship program, MFI-TI also offers short courses for working professionals in the fields of IT, electrical, electronics, mechanical, instrumentation, automotive, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology.
