Miriam's Isang Alamat goes onstage

MANILA, Philippines - In lieu of their traditional graduation rites, more than 600 preschoolers of the Miriam College Child Study Center will take centerstage and perform in the much-awaited musical play entitled “Isang Alamat.” The all-original play showcases the talents of the students from the First Step, Nursery and Kindergarten. It also showcases the teachers’ and administrators’ talents who conceptualized the entire production from the script, songs, costumes, set design and props. The play features the importance of wealth that comes from within and highlights Filipino values - steadfast amidst challenges, kindhearted, loyal and loving. “Isang Alamat” will run for four nights from March 8 to 11, 2011.
