MANILA, Philippines - The Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT) continues to reinforce its status as one of the country’s finest institutions in architecture and engineering education as two of its recent graduates take two top spots in the 2011 Architecture Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Emmeline Abugan Co garnered the second place with a rating of 85.60, while Nicoy Castro Delos Reyes took the third with a rating of 84.40. Allan Ken C. Rasuman and Mary Kathleen C. Cabais also hurdled the exam. Mapua graduates are known to perform well in architecture as well as engineering board exams. This year, Co and Delos Reyes bested 909 other examinees from different colleges and universities nationwide.
