Golden Success review enrollees top licensure exams

MANILA, Philippines - Twelve examinees who took their review at the Golden Success Maritime Consultancy topped the recent Marine Deck Licensure examination given in Manila on Nov. 6 and 7, 2010 by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Emerson Crisologo Morales of Philippine Maritime-Manila garnered 91.30 percent, while Ricky Cansino Francisco, also of PMI-Manila, placed 6th with 83.30 percent. Ruben Badoya Rabe Jr. of John B. Lacson College Foundation in Iloilo City landed in 7th place with 82.90 percent, while Rodrigo Ondiano Soyoso of Negros Oriental State University (CVPC) in Dumaguete took 10th place with 81 percent.

Edmon Bartolome Boloy of Palompon Institute of Technology in Palompon got the top spot for Chief Mate when he scored 90.80 percent. He was followed by Bryan Favila Poliquit of the Maritime Academy of Asia & the Pacific (MAAP) in second place with 90.40 percent. Ernesto Cabatic Ginez, Jr., also of MAAP, became 4th placer with 88.40 percent. Carlito Paragas Abilo Jr. of PMI-Quezon City and Romualdo Banago Velan of Mariners Polytechnic College Foundation-Baras tied for 8th place when they both scored 86.60 percent.

For Officer-in-Charge – Navigation Watch, Bryan Gancia Catap of Mindanao Polytechnic College Foundation got the second place when he scored 86.80 percent, while Carlo Dimaano of John B. Lacson College Foundation-Bacolod City got the third place with 86.50 percent. Another graduate from Mindanao Polytechnic College, Erwin Andan Fanugon, garnered 85.20 percent for the 6th place.
