Other guests at the Don Manuel Abella Elementary School building inauguration were PTA president Roberto Sta. Clara, school principal Anna Liza Delos Martirez, education supervisor Filomena Cecilio, Barangay Captain of Cararayan Ricardo Buena; and Naga City School Board administrator Hernani Suron.
