Philanthropist honored

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Amado K. Go, a Tarlaqueño philanthropist, was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Tarlac State University, recognizing his noble passion for providing second chances to his fellow Tarlaqueños by giving educational scholarships to a total of over 995 carefully selected scholars dating back to 1980. Although not having finished his formal education, the honorary doctorate effectively made him a proud alumnus of the institution whose many students he had helped fulfill their dreams. From a dreamer in his youth he has transformed himself into a dream maker for the brighter future of so many Tarlaqueño families. Go is also a Board Member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Tarlac.
