2011 Panasonic scholarship now accepting applicants

MANILA, Philippines - The Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corp. (PMPC) is now accepting applicants for the 2011 Panasonic Scholarship Program, a three-year research and master study scholarship package in Japan from April 2011 to March 2014.

The program offers financial assistance to promising students who can contribute not only to the development of their countries, but also to promote mutual friendship between their home countries and Japan.

It is open to graduating or university graduate with distinguished academic records and must have completed at least 15 years of formal education. Application forms may be downloaded at the PMPC website: www.panasonic.com.ph/web/aboutpanasonic/corporatecitizenship or e-mail at pmpc_scholarship @ph.panasonic.com. The deadline for submission of application together with the required documents is on or before April 30, 2010.
