A call for youth to become inspiring leaders

MANILA, Philippines - Instilling among young individuals a mindset of influential leadership, One CORE, being a pioneer in skills building, brings to life an individual-based program called EnCORE.

Slated on Feb. 20 and 27 at the Living Life Well, 5th level of Atrium-SM Megamall, the EnCORE program, according to Pia Nazareno-Acevedo (founder and CEO of One CORE), is designed to address the restlessness of young individuals, from ages 19 to 25, who know that they can be more “but have not been given the chance to shine because they are seen as too young or too inexperienced,” she said. 

A real-world learning experience, EnCORE is all about progressing in one’s leadership career as a student and in his chosen career.

Of this, Acevedo explains: “Being a leader in school does not automatically translate into your finding success in the workplace. We equip them with tools and skills to stand out and gain a competitive edge in their chosen field.” She adds: “We make sure that your talents are communicated impressively and effectively to other people so that you can make use of them for the advancement of your career.”
