The Leader in Me program breaks ground

-

MANILA, Philippines - Mylac XL Prep in partnership with CLCI held Vision Day at Miriam College Quezon City recently with a child advocacy leadership training on Franklin Covey’s “The Leader in Me” Program.

The “Leader in Me” program is designed to train teachers in helping unlock the leadership skills of kids since school is a training ground where leadership can be cultivated. Participants were introduced to the barriers of leadership, inputs of leadership and learned how to move forward on institutionalizing leadership in their classroom, school or district.

The training also equipped all teachers and non-teaching staff with the skills on how to integrated Franklin Covey’s “The Leader in Me” program in their educational curriculum for children. Mylac XP Prep, pre-school milk for kids 4-6 years old, equips the next generation by helping unlock the leadership skills in every child.
