Johanna Huang, who currently teaches Food & Beverage Service Procedures, is a repatriate with almost 20 years of professional experience from the United States. She completed her AA in Interior Design from the International Fine Arts College in Miami, Florida. She has served as assistant restaurant manager at Hyatt Newport Beach and Hyatt Regency Irvine in California. At St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa in Dana Point, California, she was a concierge where she was expected to ensure complete guest satisfaction; she was concurrently vice-president of the Orange County Concierge Association. A keen entrepreneur, Huang was president of her own Syrups USA, which manufactures flavors and syrups for beverages and supplies to country-wide cafés in the US.
