A job fair redefined

MANILA, Philippines – Back for its 25th edition, the University of the Philippines Diliman will be hosting the University Job Fair (UJF) on February 4-7, 2014.

With this year’s theme, “Your Success Story”, UJF seeks to empower students to reach their full potential and reap the benefits of their hard work. “Your Success Story” revolves around an Isko and Iska’s journey, and how common experiences which bind every UP student act as a motivation to pursue greatness. This year, UJF aims to act as the platform to start building the Isko and Iska’s narrative of success.

More than a Job Fair

Integrating the University’s core principles of Honor and Excellence, UJF 2014 stays true to its brand of providing students with opportunities to holistically prepare them for their future careers.

UJF 2014 aims to address the multifaceted nature of degree programs in the University by inviting a wide range of companies to cater to every Isko or Iska’s needs. UJF 2014 also seeks to enlighten students regarding the nature of different careers and how to conduct oneself during job interviews.

This year, the College Tours, a series of seminars designed to aid the different college clusters in the University are scheduled as follows:

  • Science and Technology Cluster: January 28, 2014, Palma Hall Room 400, 11:30-1:00 PM
  • Business Management and Economics Cluster: January 29, 2014, School of Economics Auditorium, 11:30-1:00 PM
  • Arts and Letter Cluster: January 30, 2014, College of Mass Communication Auditorium, 11:30-1:00 PM
  • Social Science and Law Cluster: January 30, 2014, Engineering Theater, 11:30-1:00 PM

The Job Fair, which is a week-long gathering of different companies and organizations will be held on February 4-7, at the Bahay ng Alumni, UP Diliman Campus from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
