UP frat celebrates 45th anniversary

The UP Tau Gamma Phi will be celebrating its 45th Founding Anniversary with a formal dinner this Friday, Oct. 4, at the Gloria Maris Sharks Fin restaurant in Missouri St., Greenhills, San Juan City.

Highlight of the event will be the conferment of awards to three outstanding Triskelions namely Jojo Villar, Atty. Benjie Moraleda and UP Fine Arts Dean Doi Rosete who excelled in entrepreneurship, frat service and the professional sector respectively. Registration starts at 6:30 pm. 

The UP Tau Gamma Phi Alumni Association is led by Atty. Louie Aseoche as President, Cid Diomampo as Chairman, and Onin Rogado as Vice-President. Activities lined up by the fraternal organization include adopting a ward for pediatric cancer patients at the National Children's Hospital in QC, and the Reggie Padua Scholarship fund for students in UP who show great potentials in leadership.

Founding Fathers Rod Confesor and Talek Pablo are expected to grace the event.
