Ospital sa Bohol, inarmasan ng PCSO ng ventilators!
PINALAWAK ng Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) ang critical care capacity at pinalakas ang pagliligtas ng mga maysakit sa Bohol sa pamamagitan ng pag-donate ng 12 mechanical ventilators sa limang government hospitals.
Sa ginanap na turnover ceremony noong Biyernes, sinabi ni PCSO General Manager Mel Robles na ang donasyon ay bahagi ng programa ng ahensiya na itulak ang health services sa komunidad at iangat ang kalidad ng pag-aaruga ng maysakit sa mataas na antas, lalo na sa malalayong probinsiya.
“Laging bilin n’ya (President Bongbong Marcos) sa amin that government should go to the people,” ani Robles. Nilinaw ni Robles na walang halong pulitika ang donasyon. “If the President says we have to love the Filipinos, we have to make sure na hindi mapupulitika ang healthcare,” ang giit ni Robles. “We give the equipment for medical mobility, regardless kung bumoto sa atin o hindi,” aniya. Wow na wow! Anong sey n’yo mga kosa? Hehehe! Kelangan pa bang i-memorize ‘yan?
Sa ilalim ng PCSO’s Medical Equipment Donation Program, anim na ventilators ang ibinahagi sa Garcia Memotiral Hosptial sa Talibon, tatlo sa Teodoro B. Galagar District hospital sa Jagna, at tig-isa sa Cong. Simeon Toribio Memorial hospital sa Carmen, Catigban District hospital at sa Francisco Dagohoy Memorial Hospital sa Inabanga.
Ipinaliwanag ni Robles na kinakailangang palakasin ang healthcare access sa mga far-flung areas, lalo na’t itinutulak ng gobyerno ang patient transport at emergency response sa buong Pinas. “This turnover is part of our broader mission to bring essential health services closer to the people,” aniya, sabay binigyan-diin na ang gamit tulad ng ventilators at ambulansiya ay makakapagligtas ng buhay. Eh di wow!

Sinabi ni Robles na itong nai-donate na Resvent RV200 ventilators ay portable units na ang disenyo o gamit ay para sa iba’t-ibang clinical settings, kasama na dito ang bedside care at patient transport. May 3-in-1 kapasidad ito para sa neonatal, pediatric, at adult na pasyente, at ang unit ay madaling panglunas sa maraming klase ng sakit.
“Each unit features multiple ventilation modes, real-time monitoring, a touchscreen interface, battery backup, adjustable oxygen delivery, and built-in safety features—enabling frontline health workers to manage critical respiratory cases more effectively,” ang dagdag pa ni Robles.. Tsk tsk tsk! Kay suwerte ng taga-Bohol!
Masaya namang tinanggap ni Bohol Gov. Aris Aumentado ang donasyon, sabay sabing malaking bagay ito upang mapalakas ang kakayahan ng mga ospital sa pagresponde sa mga emergencies at sa hinaharap na public health threats.
“This medical equipment will greatly help ensure that our people have access to quality healthcare services wherever they may be in Bohol,” ayon kay Aumentado. “With the provision of these additional tools, we are more confident in our team to respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies that may arise,” ang dagdag pa ni Aumentado. Hehehe! Kelan kaya mabigyan ng ganito ang Aleosan District Hospital sa Alimodian, Iloilo? Abangan!
