Hilom nga motrabaho ang mga good leaders, dili pagarpar. Leadership is not easy, dugang ni Lee. It requires credibility, risk-taking, decisiveness, courage, and character.

Unsa man usab kining effective leadership? Pagsulbad sa mga problema nga dili maka-create og mas dakung problema in the future. Focus on the problem and on the persons & relationships.

Unsa may crucial role sa usa ka leader? The crucial role of a leader today, I believe  is trustworthiness, which is a combination of character and competence, matud ni Lee. Importante gyud kaayo ang character, ang pagkatawo gyud mismo sa leader, ang batasan, ang taras, ug kinaiya,  Sa ato pa, dili kanang walay silingan.

Kon matino nimo ang character sa usa ka leader, maseguro nimo nga aduna kini siyay doable nga strategy. Sa military organization, importante kaayo ang strategy.

Unsa man usab kining strategy nga kinahanglan competent kaayo ang usa ka leader niini? Mao kini ang master plan, grand design, plan of action, blueprint, ug set of tactics sa usa ka leader in an organization, public or otherwise.
