Training alang sa mga opisyales sa Cooperative

Sugod karong tuiga, gi-require nga ang tanang opisyales sa kooperatiba, kinahanglan mokuha og training, pinasikad sa gimbut-an sa balaud 9520.

Sa iyang memorandum ngadto sa mga hingtungdan, ang chairman sa CDA, si Emmanuel M. Santiaguel, mipahibawo nga ang training i-stagger sulod sa duha ka tuig, pinasikad sa ilang schedule. 

Ang legal basis niini, atong kutloon ang memorandum ni Santiaguel: “Article 44 of R.A. 9520, Rule 7 of its implementing rules and regulations, enumerates the minimum training requirements for officers of the cooperative.

 In line with this, the Authority hereby issue this Memorandum Circular to guide officers of the cooperative in compliance with the provisions of the law.”

Ang mga opisyales nga covered niining maong memorandum, naglakip sa mga sakop sa Board of Directors, ang Secretary, Treasurer, General Manager o Chief Executive Officer, ug ang mga sakop sa mga committee on Audit, Election, ug Mediation/Conciliation.

Alang sa unang tuig, gawas sa basic cooperative course, nga lagmit nakakuha na ang mga opisyales niini, ang training schedule naglakip na sa Cooperative Management & Governance, Financial Management, Policy Development, Leadership & Value Reorientation, kini alang sa Board of Directors.

Alang sa Secretary ug Treasurer, Records Management (financial ug non-financial transactions), Basic Computer Program, Basic Accounting (for non-Accountants), ug Financial Management, Audit Committee: Basic Accounting (for non-accountants), Internal Control including Inventory System, Cooperative Standards, Election Committee: Rules Formulation, Leadership & Values Re-orientation.

Mediation/Conciliation Committee: Leadership & Values & Re-Orientation. Ug alang sa Manager: Cooperative Management & Governance, Cooperative Standards, Leadership & Value Re-Orientation, ug Strategic Planning & Management.

Mao kini ang mga topic sa unang tuig, sugod karong tuiga, ug laing mga topics alang sa ikaduhang tuig. “It is understood,” matud ni Santiaguel, “that all the required trainings prescribed by the IRR shall be fully complied with by the end of the second year.”

Kining maong requirements, usa kini sa gikinahanglan aron ka-isyohan ang usa ka kooperatiba sa Certificate of Good Standing.
