There is an appointed time for everything and a time for every affair under the heavens… There is a time to be silent and a time to speak (Ecclesiastes 3, 1-2 and 7). Holy Week is a time to be silent, to pause and reflect on the Paschal mystery, the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ our Lord who redeemed man and open the gates of heaven for all of us. Hence this column will be “silent†during this Holy Week and will resume on Monday, April 1, 2013 so I can also have time to pause, reflect and meditate on this most important event in our life in a quiet and solitary place.
