MANICURING JOB IN A BUS. A long-time American resident of a southern town where he is married to a Filipina, commutes by bus between his town and the city. He told an Ear informer that he saw on two occasions a manicurist doing her job on a woman passenger while the bus was traveling to its destination. He quoted a common pick-up line that goes: “Only in da Pilipins.”
