A middle-aged Catholic priest commenting on the brawl at the NAIA-3 involving journalist Mon Tulfo and Mr. & Mrs. Raymart Santiago said: “It was an unfortunate incident that could have been prevented.” He said, with a shake on his head, that both parties should not have allowed their egos to go unchecked. “Gamay ra kaayo ang sinugdanan,” the priest said. “Masulbad man unta to sa bugnaw nga estoryahanay…galing lang kay hot heads man sila.”
EGOTIST. “The problem was they’re both egotist whose pride they could not contain,” the priest said. “Under that circumstance, the brawl could not have been prevented.” He said ego-tripping is common among celebrities.
