He said, “Cebu Pacific makes sudden change of flight schedules without informing passengers either by email, text or call. The passengers are either left by the flight or have to wait for 5 to 6 hours more because they’re not aware that the ticket they bought online has been changed. Very bad service. We have to rebook again all our land arrangements like hotel, transportation and tours. Hassle.”
