COLOR OF THE DAY. Many people have been heard saying that they will wear yellow today, in support for and in honor of late president Cory Aquino who will be buried this day. So today will be known as yellow day. This newspaper’s newsroom already have many people wearing yellow and will continue to do so today.
FORGETFUL SINGER. During the necrological rites at the Manila Cathedral yesterday, songs and speeches abound. But one singer stood out, not because of his melodious voice, but because he once again forgot the lyrics of the song he sang. He was struggling with the lyrics and towards the end of the song, he clearly stumbled. This internationally acclaimed singer also forgot the lyrics of the pambansang awit.
