MORAL SUPPORT. A foreign (Caucasian) nun commenting on the controversy over the Cebu International Convention Center was heard saying: "Instead of criticizing the builder of the CICC the critics should give him moral support. At least, this would encourage him to work harder and faster in order to meet the deadline."
