MANILA, Philippines – There are three Friday the 13th this year, and today is the first one. Thanks to the hockey-masked murderer Jason, everyone’s nightmare has gotten worse.

If you are really determined to dodge the dreaded date, tell your boss you have paraskevidekatriaphobia — the fear of Friday the 13th. According to phobia specialist, Dr. Donald Dossey, "fear of Friday the 13th is rooted in ancient, separate bad-luck associations with the number 13 and the day Friday. The two unlucky entities ultimately combined to make one super unlucky day."
