Wife cuts cheating hubby down to size
A jealous 37-year-old housewife yesterday cut off the penis of her philandering husband.
But the victim, a 32-year-old traffic aide in Metro Manila, refused to file charges against his wife because of their three children.
“The husband refused to have his wife arrested and did not file charges against her,” said Senior Superintendent Francisco Uyami Jr.,
According to Uyami, the couple always argued, allegedly because of Joelito’s womanizing.
