Napolcom reshuffles 9 execs

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — Nine officials of the National Police Commission including three regional directors have been replaced or reassigned as part of the ongoing reshuffle being implemented by the Napolcom.
Owen de Luna and Julieta Rañeses, chiefs of Napolcom-Negros Island Region and Calabarzon, respectively, will switch posts effective July 20, the police agency said.
Leonora Bartolome of Napolcom-Mimaropa will be transferred to Central Visayas.
De Luna is not new to Napolcom-Calabarzon as he had served the region in the same capacity from 2023 to 2025 as well as Mimaropa in 2015, before he was assigned in Negros.
Meanwhile, Bartolome’s assistant, Glocphine España, replaced her as acting chief of Napolcom-Mimaropa.
Napolcom-Calabarzon assistant chief Mia Antonette Quijano was designated assistant director in Mimaropa, while Kristofferson Diwas, assistant director for Legal Affairs Service (LAS), was named chief of NapolcomCentral Luzon.
Cristina Talampas, acting assistant chief of Napolcom-Central Visayas, was designated acting assistant director for LAS.
Lawyer Haidee Borja will assume as acting assistant director of Napolcom-Eastern Visayas.
Ma. Mitos Dator, administrative division chief of Napolcom-Calabarzon, was named assistant director in the same office.
