MANILA, Philippines — In celebration of its 29th cityhood anniversary, March 1 has been declared as a special non-working holiday in Muntinlupa City.
This is in accordance with Republic Act 9191, a law passed in 2003 declaring the first day of March every year as a special non-working day in the city.
