MANILA, Philippines — A man who reportedly posed as a dentist and offered two boys braces in exchange for sex was arrested in Caloocan on Friday.
The suspect, identified by the police Anti-Cybercrime Group as Cyan Cyan, was apprehended when the ACG raided his residence in Barangay Santulan at around 11:30 p.m.
Cyan’s arrest came after the boys complained they were sexually abused by the suspect, who posted videos of his explicit encounters with the minors online.
Acting on the complaint, the ACG raided the suspect’s house with a warrant to search, seize and examine computer data issued by a court.
Police officers confiscated payment receipts from remittance outlets, a cell phone, a desktop computer and dental implants from the suspect.
The ACG is preparing to charge the suspect with violating Republic Act 7610, the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Law.
