CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — The Mimaropa police has a new director.
Brig. Gen. Roger Quesada assumed the post during a change of command ceremony held at Camp Navarro in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro on Friday. He replaced Brig. Gen. Joel Doria.
Quesada, a native of Sto. Tomas, La Union, is a member of the Philippine National Police Academy Class of 1992.
He served as chief of the firearms and explosives office, deputy regional director for administration of the Bicol police, deputy regional director for operations in Caraga and chief of the directorial staff of the Mimaropa police.
In his inaugural message, Quesada pledged to “continue the legacy of excellence” set by his predecessors, emphasizing the principles of reform and leadership with quality.
