CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines — A man was arrested for posing as a frontliner to rob a hospital in Bukidnon on Saturday.
Footage of a closed-circuit television camera installed at the office of the medical director showed Janroy Labita, 29, wearing a set of personal protective equipment and opening the vault on May 18.
Police recovered from Labita P55,000 cash, according to Col. Jerry Tambis, chief of the Malaybalay police
“The amount recovered from the suspect was short by P4,250 as the total cash taken from the vault was P59,250,” Tambis said.
Cashier Jovelyn Gamao discovered the robbery on May 19 and reported the matter to the police.
