MANILA, Philippines — Work in courts all over the country today will be only until 2 p.m. to allow employees to spend time with their families.
Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio made the announcement yesterday pursuant to the Civil Service Commission circular in line with the celebration of the 27th National Family Week.
The shortening of work in courts was based on the recommendation of the National Committee on Filipino Family for government agencies to dismiss workers early to encourage them to spend meal time with their families.
