MALOLOS, Philippines — Bulacan has a new police director.
Senior Superintendent Chito Bersaluna, former chief of the Caloocan City police, assumed the post yesterday.
Bersaluna replaced Senior Superintendent Romeo Caramat Jr., who was transferred to Camp Crame.
